Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. attorney Tip Lee presented at the ICBM Lender Network on February 24, 2022.  His presentation, “Thirteen Rules for Avoiding Lender Liability,” focuses on ways to avoid lender liability or slowing down the collection process.  Takeaways include how to communicate clearly with a borrower in default and how to protect the bank (and yourself) from claims and litigation.
