Benchmark Litigation Names Winthrop & Weinstine Attorneys to “40 & Under Hot List 2020”

MINNEAPOLIS — July 31, 2020. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that Brent Lorentz and Joseph Windler have been named to the “40 & Under Hot List 2020 by Benchmark Litigation, the only publication to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. The list recognizes attorneys, all aged 40 or younger, who have been deemed the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities by peers and clients.

Raha Assadi-Lamouki Honored as “Up & Coming Attorney”

MINNEAPOLIS – July 9, 2020. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that associate Raha Assadi-Lamouki has been recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as an “Up & Coming Attorney”, honoring her professional accomplishments, leadership in our community, and commitment to her profession within her first 10 years of practice.

Raha represents banking and other financial institutions in a range of matters covering all aspects of the lending process, including traditional secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans, syndicated loans, construction and real estate financing, and transactions involving federal and state tax credits.

Raha’s leadership extends beyond the walls of the firm and into the community as a whole. She is active in the American Cancer Society Action Network, where she is Advocacy Ambassador. She is also on the Young Professionals Board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and co-organizes the firm’s team for the Big Climb, the Minnesota Chapter’s fundraising event at which our firm is one of the largest participants. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of Still Kickin, a non-profit that helps awesome people through awful things. Each month the group chooses a “hero” that to work for, usually someone who needs help with an emergency situation. Raha always strives to achieve more and greater things, and through her efforts, she works to bring the community along with her.
