Winthrop & Weinstine Represents Erickson Oil Products and Team Investments LLC on $85 Million Sale

MINNEAPOLIS – March 12, 2015 – Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., (winthrop.com) served as corporate and finance counsel on the successful sale of Erickson Oil Products, Inc. and select assets of Team Investments LLC to CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL) for $85 million.

Erickson operates 64 petroleum marketing and retail convenience stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota and Michigan, with a concentration in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. Headquartered in Allentown, Penn., CrossAmerica Partners is a leading wholesale distributor of motor fuels and owner and lessee of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels.
