MINNEAPOLIS, January 2, 2024 – Winthrop & Weinstine is pleased to announce that Heather A. Johnston will join the firm on January 10 as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Heather joins Winthrop & Weinstine following decades of operations experience in both the public and private sectors. “Heather’s vast experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders in complex organizations will bring a fresh perspective to the firm,” said Tammera Diehm, Firm President. “Winthrop & Weinstine has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and we look forward to having Heather contribute to this growth so we can continue to find new and innovative ways to support our clients.”
Heather’s addition to the team comes at an exciting moment for the firm. In the spring, Winthrop & Weinstine will move into its renovated space in the Capella Tower — a move that Johnston will help manage.
