MINNEAPOLIS – May 23, 2017 – Eleven attorneys from Winthrop & Weinstine have been named “North Star Lawyers” by the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA), celebrating attorneys who donated at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services in 2016. The North Star Lawyer Program seeks to change lives through donations of time, talent and resources to help achieve justice for those who otherwise could not afford it. In 2016, MSBA North Star Lawyers provided more than 113,000 hours of free legal services, valued at more than $22,600,00.
