Benchmark Litigation Names Winthrop & Weinstine Attorneys to 2022 Edition of “40 & Under Hot List

MINNEAPOLIS— July 28, 2022. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that Matthew Robinson, Quin Seiler and Joseph Windler have been named to the 2022 edition of the “40 & Under Hot List” by Benchmark Litigation, the only publication to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., Welcomes New Attorneys to Real Estate and Corporate Teams

MINNEAPOLIS — July 27, 2022. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that two new attorneys have joined the firm. Jason C. Harby has joined the firm as Counsel in the Tax Credit Financing & Syndication practice, and Kip M. Krehbiel has joined as an Associate in the Specialty Tax Credits & Incentives practice.

Jason C. Harby works out of Missoula, Montana, and represents for-profit, non-profit and housing authority developers of affordable housing, with experience representing clients in connection with developments in Wyoming, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and all over Montana. He has deep experience in a wide range of affordable housing financing structures, including traditional LIHTC financing, both 4% and 9%, HUD programs, state and local programs  as well as deals involving naturally occurring affordable housing. Jason earned his LL.M. in Tax Law, with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law, and his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics with high honors from the University of Montana.

Kip M. Krehbiel works as a part of the team that advises clients in capitalizing on all the tax advantages available to them, whether that’s identifying a tax benefit in the law, or helping guide a client through the process of obtaining R&D tax credits or other incentive programs. Prior to joining the firm, Kip was a Tax Associate at an international accounting firm, where he focused on due diligence for both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions and advised clients on state income tax and sales and use tax filings. Kip earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was Student Director of the University of Minnesota Tax Clinic. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University.
