My Approach

As a litigator, I am a problem solver. I enjoy working closely with my clients in and out of the courtroom to best position their businesses for success. Though I am first and foremost a zealous litigator who relishes the adversarial and competitive nature of litigation and taking matters all the way to trial, I recognize that the cost and risk associated with protracted, major litigation can make exploring early resolution an ideal option for many of my clients’ businesses. This does not mean caving, rather, engaging in thoughtful, fervent negotiation and obtaining a favorable outcome early in the case. There are several paths to success in litigation, I work hard to find the right one for my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family in my hometown of St. Louis Park, being outdoors and active with our two dogs, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
