I represent clients in every aspect of estate, trust and probate administration, and estate planning. In addition, through my Elder Law practice, I advise clients in long-term care planning, disability planning including special needs and supplemental needs trusts, guardianship, conservatorship, and probate and trust administration. I also have extensive experience working with Medicaid (a/k/a Medical Assistance), Social Security benefits, Medicare and Veterans Benefits.
Long-term care planning can be daunting – there are so many puzzle pieces, questions, and ‘what if’s.’ I approach every client interaction with empathy and compassion to help plan for the future, with the goal of giving clients peace of mind and ensuring they have what they need. One of my favorite aspects of my work is interacting and learning from different generations. I have learned so much from the elder community and truly enjoy helping juggle all the components of long-term care planning for individuals and families alike.
Outside of work, my husband and I are exercise nuts and enjoy crossfit. We also volunteer and foster rescue pit bulls and Rottweilers through A Rotta Love Plus, and we are also training our rescue pit bull, Frankie, to be a therapy dog so she can visit hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I also competitively show American Saddlebred horses on our national breed specific circuit.
