On November 6, 2025 Vince Pecora delivered a presentation to community bank CEOs on the 2025 GENIUS Act, the first major federal cryptocurrency legislation ever enacted in the United States, at BankIn Minnesota’s CEO Network in Bloomington. The presentation, titled “Stablecoins and the GENIUS Act: What Community Banks Should Know,” offered a clear, practical overview of stablecoins and the new regulatory landscape shaped by the GENIUS Act. The presentation explored what stablecoins are, why they matter for community banks, and the key compliance, risk, and strategic considerations every community bank executive should understand.

Will Schumacher will be speaking on a panel, which will explore UCC Leins in Consumer Bankruptcy, at the ABI’s Winter Leadership Conference on December 5, 2025.
