MINNEAPOLIS – June 1, 2026.  Winthrop & Weinstine is proud to announce that 21 attorneys from the firm have been named “North Star Lawyers” by the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). The designation recognizes attorneys who have provided at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services in 2025, helping expand access to legal support for individuals and communities in need.

At Winthrop, pro bono service is an important part of the firm’s culture and commitment to the community; attorneys are encouraged to take on meaningful pro bono matters that reflect their professional strengths and personal values. In 2025, Winthrop attorneys contributed more than 3,000 hours of pro bono legal services to organizations and individuals across the community.
