I represent clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work, and have experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and amendments, conducting legal research and advising on various legal issues. I also have experience preparing and reviewing mergers & acquisitions due diligence/disclosure schedules and assisting with corporate governance work.
My Approach
What I enjoy most about my work is that every client and transaction is unique and different from the last. I love having the opportunity to interact with clients, getting to know them both personally and professionally, and then use my skills to help further their goals and take on the next challenge. I’m a naturally curious person, and being able to learn about businesses and industries directly from the experts – the clients – is so rewarding and opens up new areas of the world.
Outside of work, I love snow skiing and try to make it out the slopes every chance I get. I also enjoy spending quality time with my wife and our two dogs.
