I represent clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work, and have experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and amendments, conducting legal research and advising on various legal issues. I also have experience preparing and reviewing mergers & acquisitions due diligence/disclosure schedules and assisting with corporate governance work.
My Approach
Prior to my law career, I worked in pro sports sales for the Houston Astros, New York Mets and the NFL. My role was to create strategic partnerships with companies and to do this, I needed to understand the business goals of my clients and discover ways to achieve them. This concept continues today as my work in mergers and acquisitions involves not simply discussing only the legal matters but truly comprehending your business and objectives.
