My Approach

Prior to my law career, I worked in pro sports sales for the Houston Astros, New York Mets and the NFL. My role was to create strategic partnerships with companies and to accomplish this, I needed to understand the business goals of my clients and create ways to achieve them. This same concept continues today as my work in mergers and acquisitions involves not simply discussing only the legal matters but truly comprehending your business and objectives.

Whether a client is looking to grow, acquire more talent, and innovate or engage in a successful exit, re-invest in a future venture or retire, every deal is unique and never too big of a mountain to climb.
