Joshua J. Curry represents startup and growth stage companies, venture capital firms, strategic investors, and family offices looking to raise or invest in debt and equity capital through public and private securities offerings, with a focus on venture capital and early growth stage equity financings. He also counsels regional and national real estate developers, asset managers, sponsors and other players in the real estate industry on corporate and joint venture structuring, fund formation, debt financing, and capital raising. Joseph J. Amber M. Peterson represents investors, syndicators, sponsors, and buyers in the development of, and investment in, renewable energy projects focusing on project finance, tax equity, tax credit transfers, and sponsor equity arrangements.
