Our securities and corporate finance attorneys help companies, underwriters and others raise and invest capital and navigate all of the compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements involved. Our attorneys have a deep understanding of the applicable laws, but also of the real struggles clients face, stemming from experience as in-house counsel for a public company. We have worked on IPOs and public offerings, regular reporting for public companies, and public company M&A work as both inside and outside counsel, and also have significant experience in the REIT and real estate fund industries.

We are passionate about our clients’ businesses, and also advise on a host of matters with corporate finance implications, such as disclosure obligations in real estate transactions, employment concerns, or vendor agreements.
