My Approach

My favorite aspect of my role as a trademark attorney is getting to work with clients who are excited and passionate about developing their company or brand, and helping them reach their goals. Law is a second career for me; I previously worked with several large food manufacturers, navigating nutrition communications and strategy, claims, and regulatory issues. With this experience, I deeply appreciate how important it is not only to protect my clients’ brands, but also to understand their business goals and guide how those brands are presented to the world. I love being able to bring that foundation to my current representation of clients as a trusted advisor, and helping them create and maintain their brands.

Even outside of work, I love to be busy and can’t sit still. I’m always hopping between hobbies, like gardening or running – the constants are yoga and playing video games, especially World of Warcraft.
