Winthrop & Weinstine attorney Aimée Dayhoff will be a panelist at the Powerhouse ADR & Advocacy Series, “How to Mediate an Employment Law Case.”  The event will take place on June 28, 2023.

Aimée is a certified mediator, working primarily in the area of employment mediation. In addition, she has more than 20 years of business and employment litigation experience representing clients in a range of sizes and industries. Having been on both sides of the mediation table, she has refined her approach to achieve resolutions through preparation, understanding, empathy, and creativity. Employment disputes can be emotional and complex, and Aimée honors her role as a true neutral, relying on her deep knowledge of the law and the subject matter, to help parties through the mediation process.
