Fiduciary Duty Fundamentals and Hot Topics in Board Governance

Attorney David Aafedt will speak at the PIAA Leadership Camp in Orlando, FL on May 16, 2018. His session, “Fiduciary Duty Fundamentals and Hot Topics in Board Governance,” will explore the fiduciary duties that all board members owe to the insurers they serve. The presentation will review and analyze the fundamental fiduciary duties and hot topics in board governance, as illustrated through various informative case studies.
