MINNEAPOLIS – October 7, 2025. Winthrop & Weinstine is proud to announce that attorney Tim Marx has been recognized as a 2025 “Notable Nonprofit Board Members” honoree by Twin Cities Business.
After investing 40+ years in public service, which included roles as President and CEO of Catholic Charities, Commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, and as City Attorney and Deputy Mayor of St. Paul, Tim Marx returned to the practice of law. He joined Winthrop and Weinstine in 2022 as Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Development & Transactions practice, and he continues to make a name for himself within the industry and across nonprofit leadership in the Twin Cities.
