The National Council of State Housing Agencies’ (NCSHA) Housing Credit Connect Conference will be held June 13-16, 2023 in Seattle, Washington. NCSHA is a national nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created by the nation’s state HFAs to advance through advocacy and education their efforts to provide affordable housing to those who need it.  Housing Credit Connect convenes professionals for  unparalleled networking and education as experts explore hot topics and new strategies in affordable housing development, finance, management, and compliance.

Winthrop & Weinstine attorney Tim Marx will be a panelist on the Supportive Housing Seminar, which will explore advances in using the Housing Credit for developing permanent supportive housing, including new capital funding sources, allocation plan incentives, financial structuring tactics, and service funding resources. Panelists will discuss the vital link between housing and health care plus provision of services for people experiencing homelessness, veterans, and other supportive housing residents.
