Tim Marx will be speaking at the National Council of State Housing Finance Agencies on September 30, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona. His panel will address the topic of “Preserving Existing Permanent Supportive Housing Programs.”
As the permanent supportive housing portfolio ages, some properties are experiencing challenges due to unanticipated operating expense increases and other financial challenges. This panel will discuss strategies for sustainable PSH operations, including using Medicaid dollars for housing and building key supportive service partnerships.
