Packaging EPR Enforcement and Uncertainty in the Midwest and Nationwide

On November 4, 2026, Winthrop & Weinstine shareholder Claire Williams will participate in the 41st annual Conference on the Environment (COE) at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Her presentation, “Packaging EPR* Enforcement and Uncertainty in the Midwest and Nationwide,” begins at 3:30 p.m. CT.

The COE is an all-day conference for environmental professionals representing industry, consultants, government, and academia, in the areas of air quality, water quality, waste management, and regulators.  The event is co-hosted by the Upper Midwest Section of Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA-UMS) and the Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA) and has become one of the premier conferences in the Upper Midwest dealing with today’s pertinent environmental issues.
