Overview of the CARES Act – Reporting Requirements, Investigations & Enforcements

Christianna Finnern will present a session on CARES Act reporting, investigations, and enforcement at the 2021 Health Law Institute hosted by Minnesota CLE on June 15-16, 2021. This session will discuss the details of the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund pertinent to health law attorneys and health care organizations. Understand the shifting landscape of the various distribution phases of the Provider Relief Fund including provider eligibility and permitted uses of the funds. Learn about the reporting requirements to ensure compliance with the law, and about current and possible investigations and enforcement issues arising out of non-compliance or violations of the law.
