Employment Counseling attorney Mark Pihart will present a webinar on “New Developments in the Classification of Workers” for Marsh & McLennan Agency on January 20, 2021. The webinar will be the second in a three-part series on the Employment Law Landscape of 2021, and will explore recent case law and changes in the analysis of worker classification and use of a contingent and gig workforce.
