Employment Counseling attorney Mark Pihart will present a webinar on “Leave of Absence and Return to Work Issues in the Era of COVID-19” for Marsh & McLennan Agency on January 13, 2021. The webinar will be the first in a three-part series on the Employment Law Landscape of 2021, and will focus on the intricacies of employees returning to work under the new regime of COVID-19. Mark will discuss Return to Work Preparedness Plans and the overlap of employer obligations under the ADA, FMLA, FFCRA and applicable state laws.

Mark will present Part Two of MMA’s Employment Law Landscape 2021 Virtual Series on January 20, and attorney Laura Pfeiffer will deliver Part Three on January 27.
