Winthrop & Weinstine employment law attorney Laura A. Pfeiffer authored a chapter in the latest Wage and Hour Handbook from Minnesota CLE.

Laura, with the assistance of colleague Noreen Johnson Sedgeman, authored the “Timing and Manner of Payment” chapter. This chapter gives employers guidelines and case law of payments to employees, and includes examples of letters and appendixes employers can use.
