The uncertainty of what happens after a death, either of a loved one or of oneself, is a thought that keeps many of us up at night. I work with my clients to alleviate as much of that uncertainty as I can, and to help them ensure that there is a clear plan in place following the incapacity or passing of a loved one, including identifying the correct decision-makers and the right beneficiaries. My focus is to make complicated situations as simple as possible for clients and to maximize harmony during a very difficult and emotionally charged time in my clients’ lives.
I enjoy working with clients in all walks of life – I believe we should all have a clear plan in place, and am happy to help those who need it, regardless of net worth. I work with clients to sift through the legalese to get to the topics they actually care about – providing for and protecting their families.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and kids, and attending the kids’ athletic events – they’re in lacrosse, basketball and football. I’m there either coaching or cheering from the stands.
I represent clients of all sizes in their estate planning needs, including estate and tax planning, wills, trusts, and more. I use my background in finance and tax to help clients find the best solutions for their families and businesses, and to help them achieve peace of mind.
