I represent clients in a wide range of general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. My representation includes preparation and review of contracts, due diligence, entity formation, structuring, and negotiation.
My Approach
I never intended to be a lawyer – when I was younger, I wanted to be a doctor. But after shadowing a family friend who practiced law, I realized that all of the aspects that drew me to medicine – helping people and being there for them at some of the most important times in their lives – were all roles that business lawyers play for their clients, as well.
When two parties enter into a business deal, there are many factors at play, not the least of which is differing goals and personalities. I use my skills in building relationships to help parties understand all perspectives and successfully close transactions.
Outside of work, I enjoy group fitness classes, reading, and playing games – I just learned how to play cribbage.
