Her leadership also extends beyond the courtroom; within the firm, she leads by example, recognizing strength in others, from colleagues to mentees, and encouraging everyone to do the right thing. She also generously gives of both her time and skills, serving as a formal and informal mentor to many within the firm, as a key leader within our organization, as a leader in numerous industry organizations, and as a board member for a number of local and national nonprofit organizations. Aimée is well known for her willingness to pass along challenging opportunities to more junior attorneys who have demonstrated their ability to rise to the occasion, and has helped to shape the career trajectories of countless younger professionals.
