My Approach
In my role as Practice Group Business Development Manager, I work directly with various practices within the firm to develop, guide, and execute business development strategies, and identify opportunities to better serve our clients. With several years of experience as a practicing attorney, both in-house and in private practice, I apply a lawyer’s perspective to the business side of the practice of law. I maintain close focus on efficient and effective planning and processes, while always keeping the end goal in my peripheral vision, to help achieve tangible outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, fly fishing, and generally being outdoors as much as I can – even in the winter, when you’ll often find me on my snowshoes or fatbike.
I earned my B.A., summa cum laude, in economics and sociology from Luther College, and my J.D., summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.
