My Approach
As the firm’s Director of Human Resources, I hold the privilege and the responsibility of ensuring our greatest assets – our people – are well served. To accomplish this, I am tasked with the ownership and strategic implementation of HR initiatives and programs that clear the path for each employee to thrive professionally and personally. Providing our talented people with the benefits and resources to do their best work and reinforce the value they bring to the firm is far and away the most meaningful contribution I can make.
I hold a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, and a MBA from Augsburg University.
