My Approach
I am a paralegal practicing in Winthrop & Weinstine’s Real Estate and Commercial Lending groups. I assist with all aspects of real estate and commercial lending transactions including tax credit deals. I assist with the review, tracking and analysis of due diligence and title and survey matters, preparation and filing of organizational documents, drafting of conveyance and loan documents and coordination with various parties throughout the closing process to facilitate the closing of deals.
