My Approach
I assist families with all aspects of estate and trust administration as needed, including preparation of legal documents, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, and distribution of assets.
I am a member of the Trusts & Estates team at Winthrop & Weinstine, and I have more than 25 years of experience working in this practice area. I am a Minnesota Certified Paralegal (MnCP) with extensive knowledge in estate and trust administration.
I earned my B.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Winona State University. I am a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association and was a Co-Chair of the Probate and Tax Sectional for 5 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, working on my hobby farm, quilting and camping.
