My Approach
I have a passion for helping others, a curiosity for the human mindset, and I enjoy exploring ways to foster growth, both for the firm as a whole and for its employees as individuals. Human Resources can often be viewed as uncaring rule enforcers, only responsible for hiring and firing. This perception is far from the reality. In my role at Winthrop & Weinstine, it is my goal to truly enhance employees’ experience by working as an advocate for each person on our team.
I earned my B.S. in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Organizational & Industrial Psychology, from Metropolitan State University. I am also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
