My Approach
As a paralegal in the Estate Planning practice group, I bring a strong foundation in corporate, banking, real estate, and regulatory law to my current work. I support attorneys in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and business owners, drawing on my transactional experience to help ensure clarity, compliance, and long-term effectiveness.
Prior to focusing on estate planning, I worked extensively in the Corporate & Transactions group, where I assisted with entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, contract review, due diligence, and closing coordination in mergers and acquisitions. My background also includes work in commercial real estate, nonprofit compliance, litigation support, and regulatory matters such as the Corporate Transparency Act.
I am a Minnesota Certified Paralegal (MnCP) and currently pursuing my J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, with an expected graduation in May 2026.
