Through strategic planning and detailed analysis, I’m able to help my clients navigate complex regulations and leverage tax credits of various types to unlock meaningful benefits, drive innovation, and create positive change. I appreciate playing a role in supporting my clients’ missions — whether it’s a business developing cutting-edge technologies, a non-profit investing in renewable energy, or a tribal entity retaining its employee workforce. My goal is always the same: to help them decrease costs, increase returns, and further their impact.
I pride myself on being an effective communicator who can distill complex tax topics into understandable insights. Clients appreciate my responsiveness and trust me to deliver tangible benefits, whether that’s finding opportunities for growth or serving as a collaborative liaison across teams. I am passionate about helping organizations—no matter their size or mission—and finding opportunities to grow and thrive. Whether you’re developing a new product, investing in clean energy, or just doing what you do best every day, I’m here to help you make it even better.
Outside of work, I enjoy being active and often spend my time downhill skiing, mountain biking, travelling, and attending concerts. When I’m looking for some time at home, you’ll often find me crocheting or walking my goldendoodle, Wayne.
In my role as a strategic tax advisor, I advise capital providers, developers, and sponsors on federal renewable energy tax credits. I consult on tax technical due diligence matters in such transactions. My deals span across many technologies, such as solar, energy storage, advanced manufacturing, and clean fuel, among others.
Prior to joining the firm, I spent more than thirteen years across two Big 4 accounting firms. Most recently, I was a Managing Tax Director who served as the North America Regional Hub Leader of the Global Credits, Grants, and Incentives practice. My other experience areas include federal and state research and development tax credits, state and local discretionary and statutory incentives, and global credits and incentives
