My Approach
I am a paralegal in the renewable energy financing practice area. I assist attorneys during all stages of a transaction by drafting and reviewing various legal documents, handling entity formation and management, reviewing due diligence documents, supporting the closing process, and maintaining client records and checklists. I am a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
