MINNEAPOLIS – May 4, 2026. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that attorney Kelly Zech has joined the firm as Counsel in our Trusts, Wills & Estates practice.

Kelly represents individuals, high-net worth families, business owners, and professional fiduciaries, on trust, estate, probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. She helps clients with all sizes of net-worth plan for their futures, with an eye toward creating customized solutions and tax efficient plans that reflect the individual needs of her clients. Drawing upon her time spent with the U.S. Navy, Kelly brings tenacity, attention to detail, and a genuine, service-oriented mindset to her legal practice.

Kelly received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor for the Minnesota Law Review, President of the Business Law Association, and President of the Law School Armed Forces Association.  She also earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Additionally, Kelly served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jane Bowman in Minnesota Tax Court.
