Firm welcomes Joe Chow in newly-created role

MINNEAPOLIS — August 1, 2022. Winthrop & Weinstine, a well-recognized law firm located in Minneapolis, and comprising more than 150 attorneys, is pleased to announce that Joe Chow has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer.

Joe Chow joins the firm following 15 years with Bremer Bank, during which time his career spanned a range of roles, departments and markets, including consumer banking, credit analysis, technology, corporate treasury and municipal and franchise banking. Most recently, Joe led the National Banking & Strategic Solutions Group. In the newly-created role of COO at Winthrop & Weinstine, Joe will work alongside Tammera Diehm, Firm President, and the Board of Directors to oversee all aspects of business operations as well as develop and implement firm strategy.
