MINNEAPOLIS, September 8, 2016 — Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that shareholder Holly Stocker has been selected as one of Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance for 2016, and is among those recognized for making significant contributions to their professions, communities and society.

As a shareholder and leader of Winthrop & Weinstine’s work in commercial lending and real estate, Holly uses her broad financial and lending experience to assist lenders, investors and developers in commercial loan transactions. Holly has a special focus on low income housing tax credits, federal and state historic tax credits and new market tax credits, making Holly’s experience specialized and unique to the industry not just in Minnesota, but across the country. Her expertise on these financial matters have quickly set her apart in the eyes of others.
