Winthrop & Weinstine Associate Kyle Kroll recently sat down with Minnesota Lawyer magazine to talk about how his practice as a junior attorney has been affected by the global pandemic.  Kyle discussed how the lack of face-to-face meetings is especially difficult when doing depositions, as the virtual setting prevents forging the level of trust necessary for attorneys to be the most successful.   Kyle also noted that the pandemic afforded him new opportunities, such as engaging audiences across the country, including presenting a CLE virtually in Colorado this past summer and a talk on “legal writing resiliency” via the ABA.
