Update

As we navigate the ongoing concerns and significant uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are putting the safety and health of our community at the forefront. With this in mind, we have decided to cancel the Affordable Housing Summit, previously scheduled for May 7. We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation in an effort to help decrease the community spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

If you registered for the event, your registration fee will be refunded in full through Eventbrite. It may take a week to process the refund. If you made hotel reservations through our room block, the Hyatt Regency will cancel those reservations.

Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected] with any questions.

Original Posting:

Make plans to attend the eighth annual Affordable Housing Summit—an event focused on the development and financing of multifamily projects—at the newly renovated and streamlined event space at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.

Minnesota Housing Commissioner, Jennifer Ho, will give the opening keynote of the Summit. Emily Cadik, Executive Director of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition, will give the lunch keynote. You’ll also hear from affordable housing leaders and industry experts on a variety topics, including an in-depth look at equity in affordable housing from the University of Minnesota’s Mapping Prejudice project, and receive updates and insights from our tax credit investor and Minnesota Housing panels. You’ll network with your colleagues in the affordable housing community and leave the Summit with a better understanding of development and financing issues and options for your next projects.
