I represent clients in tax-related aspects of real estate development, particularly in relation to the development of affordable housing and renewable energy resources. I enjoy digging into the weeds of the tax code to find solutions for my clients, while still keeping in mind the big picture of their end goals. I have a background in accounting, and I apply those skills to my representation of clients.
While in law school, I worked as a certified student attorney, as well as the Student Director, of the Ronald M. Mankoff Tax Clinic through the University. I gained valuable, firsthand experience working with clients to resolve tax controversies ranging from tax return audits to tax collection cases.
