My Approach
I represent banking and other financial institutions in a range of matters covering all aspects of the lending process, including traditional secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loans, syndicated loans, construction and real estate financing, and transactions involving federal and state tax credits. I also represent Community Development Financial Institutions, sub-CDEs, lenders and borrowers (QALICBs) in new markets tax credit financing projections to drive capital to economically distressed communities and in turn stimulate economic growth and revitalization for those same communities.
I love working with businesses to achieve a goal, to establish and create something new. I help my clients find opportunities that they might not have known existed or navigate through obscure processes and procedures they might not be familiar with. Listening to my clients, and then really learning and getting into their problem to create a solution, are the best parts of my day.
