My Approach

The best part of my practice is that, at the end of months (or occasionally years), we have a community that may not have existed before, one that provides a foundation for hundreds of families. The importance of this work helps me do everything and anything it takes to push deals to close. My base philosophy is that every problem has a solution – and in most cases, several.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, skiing, and hiking with my wife, our dog “Brinkley” and our 1-year old daughter.

My Experience

I have extensive experience in multifamily development, predominantly focused on affordable housing. The majority of my work focuses on developer-representation and the utilization of tax credits, agency financing, and other subsidies.

We can provide guidance throughout a project’s lifespan: from the real estate stage, through organizational matters, to financing and, ultimately, exit options. While based in Minneapolis, we have a national practice; the bulk of my recent transactions have been focused on Florida, Texas, and Colorado.
