My Approach
I knew early on in my legal education that deal-driven work was the right fit for me. From the details underlying a complex transaction, to the strategy and leadership required to bring disparate parties and viewpoints together, my clients can count on me for steadfast legal support from the initial letter of intent through closing (and beyond).
Many of my clients are entrepreneurs and owners of closely-held businesses who have built a legacy – often including their businesses – from the ground up. I view myself as an extension of your in-house team and am invested in helping you grow or transition your business as smoothly as possible, all while keeping your end goals top of mind. While fierce negotiation is often part of the job, some of the most successful deals can be achieved through camaraderie and teamwork. One of my greatest strengths is being adaptable and navigating occasionally bumpy waters to bring a deal successfully across the finish line.
Outside the office, I spend as much time as I can with my family, friends, and 8-year-old Westie, Finn. I love being outdoors, whether that be hiking or spending time at the lake and look to travel whenever I can.

My Experience
I represent clients across a broad range of industries on matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities inquiries, financing, restructuring, and other strategic transactions. I have experience leading extensive due diligence, preparing disclosure schedules, drafting and negotiating agreements and related documents, and providing legal support throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.
