I represent non-profit and for-profit clients in tax-credit based real estate work in the development of affordable housing. I have experience working with leases, construction and purchase agreements, title and survey review, and coordinating between all parties involved in a transaction.
In addition to my practice in real estate, I have also assisted various clients in becoming a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation. I have worked with clients from the early stages of forming their entity and drafting their organizational documents, as well as bringing the client full circle with applying and receiving tax-exempt status at the federal and state level.
