Drawing upon my background in competitive figure skating, I appreciate being able to work in a profession that requires hard work, diligence, and a bit of creativity. Real estate finance is a complex practice area with many moving parts, so I get to exercise these skills every day when representing my clients. I also consider myself an optimist and find myself most engaged when I can positively counsel my clients through their projects from beginning to end.
I enjoy representing clients who are seeking a common end goal with their counterparts across the negotiating table and where I can help facilitate projects aimed at bettering our communities. In my current practice, I’m grateful knowing that every matter I touch could (and likely will!) positively impact someone else’s life.
Outside of work, my fiancée and I can often be found working on our next house project or taking our chocolate lab, Freddie, for a walk. I also enjoy traveling and do so, domestically and internationally, whenever I can.
I primarily represent developers in complex financings involving state and/or federal tax credits.
