I represent clients in all aspects of tax credit real estate development, with a focus on low-income housing tax credits. I have experience guiding clients through complex real estate transactions from initial agreements to closing.
My Approach
I’m a history buff—had I not gone to law school; I likely would have pursued a PhD in history. My education in history, and the skillset required to excel in that field, translates well to the practice of law. I’m able to review large volumes of information and distill the points that matter most into succinct, actionable steps for my clients. Affordable housing tax credit projects are complex, with a lot of moving parts. I’m able to walk my clients through the process and help to bring their projects to life.
Outside of work, I like to decompress at the gym or by running our local trails. I also enjoy golfing and am constantly working to try to beat my dad (something I haven’t yet achieved – much to his satisfaction).
