My path to the law had a few pit stops along the way, and I am grateful for the journey. I attended law school part time, while working full time at a national title insurance company, as well as raising three active children. With hard work, perseverance, and more than a few sleepless nights, I learned just how much I love the law and solving problems. I approach my work for my clients in the same way – throwing all my energy and determination into helping them solve their problems and grow their businesses.
As a former residential and commercial closer and underwriter, I appreciate the variety of issues I have encountered in the past, and value the variety of matters I continue to work on for clients in my legal practice.
Outside of work, I spend the vast majority of my time hanging out with my three kids. Whether it’s a gymnastics meet, an escape room or just playing board games at home, there is always something to keep us busy and entertained.
I also serve on the Board of Directors of Domestic Abuse Project, a local nonprofit with a mission to end the cycle of domestic violence.
I represent commercial real estate developers and other clients involved in the real estate industry. After working in title insurance for over a decade, I have extensive experience in solving complex title issues. Having seen these matters from other perspectives, I have the ability to search out key components of deals, work through complex issues that may arise, and guide my clients to make sure the deals close.
