Working with my clients to help achieve their business goals is always incredibly satisfying, and I appreciate being able to help them overcome challenges and work out issues in a unique way. I don’t believe there’s such thing as an unsolvable problem – it’s just a matter of figuring out the right solution. I develop close relationships with my clients, and love being someone that business owners can turn to for advice, whether on a legal or a business question. Because each business has unique goals and objectives, and face their own distinct challenges, that starts with taking time to truly understand the business and the goals of my clients. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic and clear communication, so that my clients can turn to me as an advisor they can understand and rely on.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends, family, and dog, playing hockey, and volunteering as a youth hockey coach for the Minneapolis Storm.
I represent clients of all sizes in connection with a wide range of business and corporate M&A matters. I work closely with the company throughout the entirety of the process, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, due diligence, corporate structuring, and negotiation.
I represent clients of all sizes in a wide range of business and financial transactions, from entity formation to sale or dissolution and anything in between. I have experience working in-house, in government, and in private practice, and use all of those experiences to inform my guidance for clients.
